Also on the main level is the master bedroom suite, with a king size bed, couch for relaxing, an attached walk-in closet and large full bath. This suite room is comfort at its finest. On the second level you will find two more queen bedrooms, and a full bathroom. heading back down toward the lowest level of the home there is a finished basement with a pool table, game space, large screen TV and cozy seating area. As an added bonus there is also a living space complete with a second fully equipped kitchen/dining area, and two more bedrooms with 2 twin beds and a queen bed.

This property is located only 3 miles from Mount Sunapee Resort, minutes from Sunapee Harbor, close to many local hiking/biking trails, golf courses, and many of the smaller lakes. To top it all off you have access to Lake Sunapee just down the road, with 1300 feet of pristine waterfront shared by the Meadowbrook community.
