Location: Indian Cave Landing, Sunapee NH. 

Relax for a week at this bright and airy, newly renovated condo at Indian Cave Landing in Sunapee. Only a brief walk to Sunapee Harbor and a 10 minute drive to Mount Sunapee. 

Each condo at Indian Cave Landing has access to the heated pool, lighted tennis courts and day-docks.  The grounds are maintained by the association, including snow removal, lawn care and trash removal (common dumpster) on site. 

This condo features 3 bedrooms with queen and full size beds, 1 1/2 baths and an office space with a four bed bunk for the little ones. Fully equipped kitchen with a gas range stove, dishwasher, coffee maker and more. Dining room with space for 6 people and a door to the exterior balcony to watch the sunset or check out the views of Lake Sunapee. Main level living room with a Smart TV so you and the family can catch up on your favorite shows or cozy up to the fireplace on cold nights. Need a little more space? There is an additional living room on the lower level with a sectional sofa and a second Smart TV and an exterior door to the back patio. 
Main level bedroom has a queen size bed and the bottom level bedrooms each have a full size bed with a twin trundle underneath.
Parking space for two cars in driveway and overflow parking available within a short distance of the home. 

Association has a 30 night minimum for renters.
