#301 - Serenity Shores on Blaisdell Lake

Serenity Shores on Blaisdell Lake is the perfect spot to enjoy any of the beautiful seasons that the Lake Sunapee Region has to offer.  Tucked away in a peaceful setting, this newly refreshed waterfront home offers privacy as well as cozy accommodations for Friends or Family.  Immediately upon entering the drive, the peaceful lake will greet you. The grounds are naturally landscaped with a dock for swimming, tying up your kayaks, fishing for your dinner, or just enjoying the sunshine and calm breeze off the water.  Winter guests can enjoy activities such as snowshoeing , ice skating, and ice fishing right in their backyard. The beautiful Mount Sunapee Ski Resort is also just a short 15 minute drive up the road!

Up the stairs to the entrance is a long porch with two chairs and a table.  The best spot for a cup of coffee in the morning, overlooking the water's edge.  Just inside is an open concept living space that offers great gathering space while still allows each member of your group to enjoy a quiet area.  The living room is completed by a fireplace to warm up on those chilly New Hampshire evenings all while snuggled up on the couch looking out through the sliding glass doors directly at the lake below.  The dining room table offers seating for 8 with plenty of elbow room.  The galley kitchen is open to the dining area and well equipped with an electric range, double sink and dishwasher or just head outside and grill up the family meal on the propane grill placed perfectly outside where you can gaze over Blaisdell Lake. The master has water views on two sides and comfy sleeping for two in its Queen sized bed.  Closet and dresser for stowing your belongings as well as a mirror for making getting ready each day a simple task, leaving more time to enjoy the lake house and family activities.  The bunkroom offers a pyramid bunk bed (twin over full), a twin trundle underneath, as well as a closet and dresser to store clothing, shoes and all the various toys and books required for the "I'm bored" child while traveling.  The third and last bedroom also has two twins, a closet and dresser for clothing and shoe storage, but boasts water views and plenty of daylight through the lake facing windows.  Last, but not least, there is a stackable washer and dryer placed conveniently in a closet just outside the full bathroom making it a breeze to keep up with those wet bathing suits and beach towels.   

Note: There is a surveillance camera outside pointing up toward the driveway.  
Note: Hot tub is tested and treated prior to Guest arrival.  Test strips and instructions for use are on site for you in the property binder.  
 
HOT TUB TERMS OF USE:
Although the hot tub is checked and prepared prior to Guest(s) arrival, the Guest(s) will use the hot tub at the Guest(s) own risk. The Landlord/Landlord(s) Agent does not make any representations of the safety of the use or the balance of the water of the hot tub.  The Landlord(s)/Landlord’s Agent will not be responsible for any injuries sustained by the Guest(s), and/or the Guest(s) occupants when using the hot tub.
Regular hot tub maintenance including, but not limited to: keeping proper water levels, emptying and cleaning maintenance equipment, conducting hot tub sweeps, and keeping correct chemical balance in the water, will be the responsibility of the Guest(s) for the duration of the reservation. If the guest does not accept these responsibilities required for hot tub usage, Guest(s) should not use or allow others to use the hot tub.
The Guest(s) is responsible for the general maintenance of the hot tub. This includes (but is not limited to) keeping the hot tub clean of debris, clean, neat, and covered when it is not in use.
The Guest(s) must immediately notify the Landlord(s)/Landlord’s Agent of any repair or maintenance that the hot tub may require.
The Guest(s) is responsible for the full cost that may be due for repair and/or replacement of the hot tub that is required as a result of negligence by the Guest(s), or the Guest(s) occupants.
No pets of any kind are permitted in the hot tub at any time.
The Guest(s) understands that the hot tub is strictly an amenity, and that the use of this amenity is not guaranteed under the terms of the Agreement. Any interruption or non-availability of the use of the hot tub will not violate any terms of the Agreement.
If the Guest(s) violates any part of this Addendum, the Guest(s) will then be in default of the Agreement. In the event of a default, the Landlord(s)/Landlord’s Agent may initiate legal proceedings in accordance with local and state regulations to evict or have the Guest(s) removed from the Leased Premises; as well as seek judgement against the Guest(s) for any monies owed to the Landlord(s)/Landlord’s Agent as a result of the Guest’s default.
