Location: Fisher’s Bay, Sunapee, NH

Welcome to this Chalet style home in Fisher’s Bay! Fisher’s Bay is a development of homes that all share a large, sandy association beach on Lake Sunapee. There are bathrooms and changing rooms down at the beach, common shed with beach chairs, several picnic tables, a dock area where your friends or family can come and pick you up via boat, and you have use of the owner’s canoe while you are here. Fisher’s Bay also has tennis courts and a private boat launch and in most cases use of the owner’s boat slip. This home is neatly situated across from the beach area with one of the best locations in the development.

Enter the house into a completely renovated lower level with room to shed your gear. There there are 3 bedrooms on this level. One bedroom has a full bed. Another has a full bed and a set of bunk beds and the third bedroom has a full bed and a set of bunk beds as well. Completing this level is a full bath.

The upper level has the master bedroom with a queen bed and its own full bath. There is a newly renovated, fully equipped  kitchen and an open concept living/dining area .The living room has a large sectional sofa and an easy chair. There is also cable TV, DVD player, WI-FI, and a fun retro wood stove in the living room. There are sliders going across the entire front of the home that open to a deck with patio furniture, gas grill, and views of Lake Sunapee.
Please note: there is a strict maximum occupancy of 8 persons and a 7 night minimum to rent.
Summer gatherings are limited to 15 people. 

There is a slip available, but you MUST tell the Vacation Specialist that you will be using. 
Maximum beam allowed is 8' and maximum length overall is 21'.
Pontoon boat maximum size is 19' x 8'.
Please provide your own bumpers and ropes for the boat slip as there are none provided to you.
T-Dock is for loading and unloading only.
No dogs on beach or beach pavillion. 

Any motorboat coming from another water body should be thoroughly cleaned, drained and dried to prevent the spread of aquatic invasive species, as it is super important to keep the lake clean and healthy. All persons operating a motorboat on New Hampshire public waters that are registered in another state are required to provide an Aquatic Invasive Species decal. Information on the decals and where to purchase them are linked below.
