Location: Lake Sunapee, Newbury
Enjoy sunsets and full sun from this charming 3 bedroom, 1 bath cottage situated along the eastern shores of Lake Sunapee. This property features 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, and sleeps 6-8 people with use of the sleeper sofa. The kitchen is equipped with an electric range, microwave, refrigerator, and service for 8. The dining room table seats 6-8 and is by a large window with lake views. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, love seat, and is equipped with Internet TV, DVD player and a new flat screen TV. There are great views of the waterfront from the living room as well.
There are 3 bedrooms off the dining room. One has a queen bed, the second has a set of bunk beds ( 2 twins), and the third bedroom has a full/double bed. Completing this level is a bathroom with a shower. This property pulls its water from the lake and drinking water is provided during your stay. Enjoy the sunsets from the sandy area along the water’s edge. The entrance to the water is very gentle and has sandy bottom swimming. There is a dock for your boat.
Note: Wood burning fireplace is not for guest use.
Pet friendly for 1 dog - additional clean fee required.
