Meredith Moran
Meredith is a partner as well as our Vice President of Rentals and Guest Relations Expert. She wanted to share her thoughts directly:
“This company has meant so much to me from its first day in operation! I love what we do here, and look forward to coming to work each day (thanks to an amazing group of people), to face a new challenge or simply delve into the tasks at hand. We get to call this stunning place home, and we want to share that magic with everyone. We also welcome guests to our region, and help find the perfect rental home, whether they are here to ski or for summer on the lake. Each day is an adventure, and we hope you will join us!”
Gina Bruss:
Gina is a partner as well as the visionary behind our concierge and prepared meal services. Her many areas of expertise combine talents like gardening and interior decorating with a philosophy centered on treating everyone like family.
When she’s not tilling a garden, or whipping up something in the kitchen, she can be found playing with her three dogs.
James W Bruss:
James is our Relationship Manager. Having spent decades in service to the finest details, Jim brings Relax & Co. decades of building and renovating experience, with a hospitality mindset centered on a single adage: “Yes we can”.
With his intrepid work ethic and experience in the industry – Jim sees solutions in problems and prides himself on attention to detail.
Caleb Bruss:
Caleb is our Chief Strategy Officer, though his adventures in the family business have included everything from window cleaning to septic pump repair.
What draws Caleb to Relax & Co. is the fast paced and always interesting work, and an atmosphere of innovation. When not at his desk Caleb is usually found reading a book or with his girlfriend Nicole, taking their husky Kodiak for hikes in the woods.
Laura Raymond
Laura is our Executive Coordinator. She is currently using her experience and licensing in real estate to manage the office for all we do.
When she is not at work, she can be found at home with her husband raising their 3 beautiful boys and mini Dachshund.
Her favorite thing about Relax & Co. is the sense of family that’s extended to every client and colleague, which really drives and guides all that we do here.
Caitlin Boyle
Caitlin is our Reservationist, she assists guests in choosing the perfect home for their stay. She has an Associate’s Degree in Arts from Paradise Valley Community College in Phoenix, Arizona, and is currently working towards her real estate license!
She's happy to call Relax & Co. home because of the warm family-friendly atmosphere, and the excitement of the company's continued growth to better serve the community and our guests. Outside of work, Caitlin can be found spending time with her daughter.
Chris Lheureux
Chris is our IT Administrator. He graduated from NHTI with a degree in Information Technology with a focus in application development.
When Chris is not working you can find him helping around local restaurants, enjoying time spent with family, and attending concerts with friends.
His favorite thing about being part of the Relax & Co. team is the company’s willingness to always lend a helping hand to the local community.
Jody Koloski
Jody is our Cleaning Services Manager. She enjoys relaxing outside with family, hiking with her pup Storm, drawing, and making jewelry, she is also in the process of writing her first book!
Her favorite part of working for Relax & Co. is how the business strives to be a fair and family-oriented company that’s here to help people live the easy life.
Hannah Hibbard
Hannah is our Landscaping Services Manager. She is a graduate of UNH, with a degree in horticulture and a focus in floral design.
When she is not at work, you can find her at the local pub with friends, or helping the local Future Farmers of America chapter with fundraisers and events.
She also loves spending time with her pup-pup, Maggie. Her favorite things about Relax & Co. are the relationships built within the community and the smiling faces she sees while she works
Tim Scott
Tim is our Handyman Services Manager. In addition to his past experiences in all things repairable, Tim gets to practice his handyman skills on his own farmhouse originally built in 1875.
When he’s not tinkering with or fixing something, Tim can be found relaxing with his wife of more than 20 years and their two children.
Tim jumped at the chance to join Relax & Co. because of the shared commitment to quality and attention to detail.
Jared Raymond
Jared Raymond is our Construction Services Manager. He has been in the construction industry for over 15 years and has experience in every aspect of residential construction.
Starting as a laborer in high school, he gained a passion for carpentry and learned everything he could about what it takes to build quality, sustainable housing.
In his time-off you will find him remodeling his own home (or a family member’s). When relaxing, you can find him by the campfire with his wife and three boys. His favorite thing about being part of the Relax & Co. team is being able to provide people with quality work that they can depend on, and making sure that they are not troubled with all that can come with home ownership.
