Enjoy vacationing on the shores of Lake Todd in this charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage. The waterfront at this home provides a dock and a gradual entrance to the water. The yard is level and grassy and provides a panoramic view of the lake.
This cottage boasts a large center fieldstone fireplace in the living room providing room on one side of this large room to watch TV or a place to curl up with a book on the opposite side. All along the front of the home is a large sunroom with a small table that seats four, a futon couch, sliders to the deck and the water front. The cottage is one floor living with a couple of steps up to the renovated kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is spacious, bright, and equipped with updated appliances. The long dining table seats up to 8 and is set against a wall of windows so you can take in the views while dining.
Down the hall off the living area is the master bedroom with a King size bed. There is a spacious bathroom down this hall that has a large, walk in shower with granite seats and 2 shower heads. The washer and dryer are located in this bathroom. Off of the kitchen area is another hall providing privacy for two more bedrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed and the third bedroom has a set of twin bunk beds. Completing this area is a full bath.
The property has a garage across the street with plenty of room for additional parking and another grassy yard area. Use of the owner’s canoe is included with this cottage.
