Granliden offers a large sandy beach, a nine hole golf course, tennis courts, in ground heated swimming pool, and much more to its occupants. This 3 bedroom condo is located next to one of the many tennis courts and is around the corner from the beach. The main level of the condo has a den with cable TV and VCR. There is a sofa that pulls out to a double bed and sliders to a side entrance.
The kitchen is fully applianced and has a breakfast bar for additional seating. The open concept dining/living area has a set of large sliders that allows the light to pour in. There is a wood burning fireplace in the living room and plenty of comfortable seating. Step out on to the porch and relax on the patio furniture while taking in the view. Completing this level is a full bath.
The upper level of the condo has 3 bedrooms; one with a queen bed and sliders that open to a small balcony with views of Lake Sunapee, another with a twin bed and a small loft area, and the third with 2 twin beds . Completing this level is a full bath.
The lower level of the home is a large family/game room with a ping pong table and a laundry room with washer and dryer.
Summer: $1200 per week ( Granliden requires a 2 week minimum stay)
Ski Season: $1800 per month( 4 month stay preferred) utilities not included
