Less than 1 mile from Mount Sunapee is an adorable cottage that is ready for fall foliage and the ski season. One floor living and a large front deck, a sandy beach less than 50 feet from the cottage, and minutes to the Mountain make this cottage perfect for a fall or winter getaway. The kitchen is equipped with an electric range, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator and plenty of cookware and place settings. The dining table seats 5-6. The open concept first floor allows for plenty of light. The living room has a futon couch that opens to a queen bed, more comfortable seating, and a TV. There is a screened porch off of this room that, weather permitting, allows for additional sleeping in two twin beds. There is also a bedroom on this floor with a queen bed and its own TV. Completing this level is a full bath containing the washer and dryer.The second level of the home has one bedroom with a double bed. There is a propane stove in the living/kitchen area that provides alternative heat during the winter months as the house is heated with oil.
