The upper level has two additional bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds and the other with one twin bed. Completeing this level is a full bath and an additional sitting area with comfortable seating.
Approximately 60 feet from the sandy, shared beach of the High Pine Association is Little Lake Sunapee. The beach and picnic area have lots of room for your family to spread out and enjoy.
