Located in the complex of Granliden lies this three-bedroom plus loft, 2-1/2 bath unit with excellent views of the lake from the main level and the private master bedroom deck. Granliden complex has a private beach, tennis, golf, outdoor pool, and playground for the children.
On the main floor is a fully-equipped kitchen with oak cabinets, opening to a combination living / dining room with fireplace and deck all facing the water view. Completing this floor is a half bath and utility area with washer and dryer.
The upper level has a master bedroom with private deck and full bath, two additional bedrooms, and second full bath. A loft area holds additional beds but is accessed by a ladder only (not ideal for young children). The lower level is finished with game room complete with pool table and TV/VCR.
The unit faces south and is bright and sunny throughout the day. The beach is only a short walk from the property and is ideal for the family with younger children. You can enjoy the tennis courts and golf course during your stay.
Beds: 1 queen, 4 singles, trundle (2 singles), queen sleep sofa in living room.
Summer: $1200 per week (2 week minimum July and August)
Ski Season: $1800 per month (utilities not included)
