The second floor has an open loft sitting area that opens to a screened porch and the third bedroom (2 twins and 1 queen bed) and the second full bath.
This wonderfully private home has grounds for children to play and is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is only one mile away from the association beach and boat slips. This is a great family home that is immaculate and has never had pets or smokers in it, this is a perfect home for people with allergies. A short drive or walk to the Association beach, tennis courts, and boat docks.
