A chalet style home in a prime location across from the beach with views of the lake. There are 3 bedrooms on the lower, entry level. Two of which have 2 twin beds and the 3rd with a set of twin bunk beds. This level has a full bath and a laudry room with washer and dryer.
On the upper level is a master bedroom with a queen bed and its own full bath. There is a NEWLY RENOVATED, fully equipped kitchen and an open concept lving/dining area with sliders to the deck facing the lake .The living room has a two loveseats, each of which have a sleeper bed , TV, DVD player, and a wood stove.
The Fisher’s Bay association has a large, sandy beach with bath/changing rooms, tennis courts, volley ball nets, and its own docks and launch on Lake Sunapee.
Summer: $1350 per week
Ski Season: $1600 per month (utilities not included)
