Location and privacy abound from this charming 5 room 3 bedroom 2 bath chalet privately situated on a point overlooking frontage on three sides of Messer Pond.
The first floor has a remodeled, fully equipped , eat-in kitchen with a full bath off of it, and a master bedroom with a double bed. The loft bedroom has three cots and a ½ bath.
The lower level has a sitting room and a bedroom with two twins. There is also an additional double futon.
Other amenities include a shallow swimming/ beach area and dock for your enjoyment, a gas grill, washer and dryer, detached 2-car garage (September to June only) and an additional detached bunk house (summer use only) that has a bedroom with 2 twins and a bathroom with a shower.

Summer: $1400 per week
September to June: $900 per month (utilities not included)
