Enjoy the sun in this wonderful waterfront home on Perkins Pond in Sunapee. The main level of the home has a mudroom/entryway with additional refrigerator and cabinet space. There is also an entrance from the 2 car garage and a stairway to 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and a view of the water, and the second bedroom has twin bunk beds. Also off the entry way is a bath with shower, the washer and dryer, and the hot tub and sauna rooms.
Enter into a fully equipped kitchen or continue toward the large, screened porch area facing the water and featuring a pool table, bar, and game table for checkers, etc. There is a propane fireplace in the sitting area off the kitchen as well as a breakfast nook that seats 6. Turn the corner into the family room with its comfortable seating, cable TV, and DVD/VCR. There is also a formal dining room which seats 8-10.
The upper level of the home has 3 more bedrooms; one is the master bedroom with a queen bed, large walk in closet, and its own private bath with shower. Each of the other two bedrooms on this level has 2 twin beds and share a full bath located in the hall.
Bring your own canoe or kayak, or bring your motor boat and water skis. Spend the day in the yard area sitting at the picnic table or using the gas grill. Enjoy the Swedish sauna and Jacuzzi hot tub after your busy day.
Outside there is a paved driveway with parking for 4 cars or two cars with trailers, shallow sandy beach, swimming platform, and plenty of waterfrontage.
Summer: $2500 per week (use of hot tub for additional $100 fee)
