The first floor is open concept with a tastefully decorated living room, dining room, kitchen, and includes a fireplace and sliders to a deck. A bedroom with a double bed and a pull out sofa bed and bath with shower complete this level.
The second floor features a master bedroom with a queen bed and bath with a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower stall. The third bedroom has a set of bunk beds with a double futon mattress on the bottom and a twin bed on top and another twin bed for additional sleeping. The unfinished basement level has a washer and dryer and a large area for playing. While this area is not finished, it provides room for people to play should the weather not be on your side during your stay.
Other amenities include an in ground pool, tennis, and garbage removal. North Peak Village is less than ¼ mile from the State beach on Lake Sunapee.
