Drive down a private road to this peaceful location on Little Lake Sunapee and enjoy this 4 bedroom home for a week or more! The house has direct frontage on Little Lake Sunapee, a sandy beach with gradual entrance to the water, and a dock. The large deck facing the lake allows you to lay in the sun all day or enjoy breakfast while taking in the views.
The kitchen is fully applianced with a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, and microwave. There is a small table in the kitchen for additional seating.
The dining room and living area are wide open to views of the lake. The living room has a large sectional for plenty of seating and a TV with a DVD player and cable reception. There is a gas fireplace located in the living room too. On one end of this large room is a bathroom with a shower. The other end of the living room has sliders to the deck that faces the lake.
Down the hall there are 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has a twin bed, another has 2 sets of bunk beds (4 twins) and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds, a large window for lake views, and its own door to the deck.Completing this level is a full bath.
Upstairs there is a large bedroom with a queen bed, views of the lake, and its own full bath.
The lower level of the home is a basement area with a washer and dryer and has plenty of room for storage.
Summer: $2000 per week
Ski Season: $1800 per month (utilities not included)
