Visiting Lake Sunapee couldn’t be easier in this 5 bedroom, 2 bath home located within walking distance to Sunapee Harbor. The main level of the home has an open concept kitchen, living, dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining area seats 8 comfortably. There are windows along the front of the home and access to a large sun deck providing a wonderful view to the lake. The living room is equipped with comfortable seating, Cable TV, VCR, and a wood burning fireplace. Also on this level are 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Completing this level is a full bath.
The lower level has another living room with a wood burning fireplace, a queen pull out sofa and plenty of other comfy chairs, Cable TV with VCR, and walk out access to the lake. Also on this level are 3 more bedrooms. One with a full bed, another with two twin beds, and the 3rd with a twin bed and a twin pull out sofa. Completing this level is a newly renovated full bath and washer and dryer.
Step out into the sun and enjoy the large yard and expansive waterfront that this property offers. The dock to the right of the boathouse offers steps into the water with a sandy, shallow entrance and plenty of room for you to bring or rent a boat during your stay.
