- Summer rentals run from Saturday to Saturday in most cases with a 3 pm check in and a 10 am check out.
- Our prices do not include the 9% New Hampshire Rooms and Meals Tax. This amount will be added to your rental amount.
- Once you have found a rental of your choice a SECURITY DEPOSIT is required to hold your reservation. This amount varies depending on the rental amount and is NON REFUNDABLE should you cancel prior to to your arrival. The deposit will be returned to you after your stay, usually within 1 week after your departure, minus any cleaning fees or damages.
- SIGNED LEASES are due within 10 days of your receipt of them. The lease will outline when and how to pay for your rental.
- PAYMENT is typically due 45-60 days prior to your first day of occupancy, however, when booking longer stays than one week, we will require a portion of the rental amount be paid when the lease is signed and the remainder due closer to your arrival.
- PETS – are only allowed in a few of our rentals and always require prior permission from the owner.
- CLEANING is typically a flat fee of $75.00 per rental and is meant to cover an average cleaning. The property should be left in good condition when you depart and if more than the average cleaning is required, the additional amount will be deducted from the deposit.
- BOAT RENTALS are available through Sargent’s Marina. Please contact them at 603-763-5036. While some properties may have a kayak, canoe, or other items that they allow you to use while renting, most owner’s don’t allow the use of anything motorized.
