Off the dining area is a screened in porch and there is access to a deck with patio furniture from the living room.

Down the hall is a bedroom with 2 twin beds and its own, private half bath. There is another bedroom on the main floor with a queen bed too. Completing this level is a full bath.

The 2nd floorof the home has an open “loft” area with 2 twin beds. Off of the loft are 2 more bedrooms: one with 2 twins and another with a queen bed. Completing this level is another full bath.

The lower/walk out level of this home has another living area with a large, flat screened TV, DVD player, and an entrance to the lake side of the home. There is also a separate workout room . Completing this level is the washer and dryer area.

Walk out to the lake and enjoy the patio , picnic table, and expansive lake views.  The dock  is long and wide with room for your boat, or feel free to use the kayak provided by the owners.  The water off the dock is mostly sandy bottom.There is a ladder on the dock for easy access in and out of the lake.

This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is tucked away just off of route 11 in Sunapee. It is located approximately 4 miles to Mount Sunapee and is a short walk to Sunapee Harbor. Enter the house through the attached barn where there is plenty of room to store your skis and other gear. The living room has room to hang your jackets, mittens, and hats in the back while providing room to curl up on the couch and chairs and watch a movie. This room also has a propane stove that can take the chill out of any winter day. Also in the living room is a piano, a small table for snacking, or extra chairs to sit and read. From this room you can enter the kitchen which has a gas range, dishwasher, microwave and a half bath off of it.

The formal dining room seats 6-8 and has another large closet to store more gear. The formal living room is easily accessed from the dining room or the hall that leads to the upper level. From the formal living room you will find a bedroom with a twin daybed. This room has its own bath with a shower.

The upper level of the house has 3 more bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom has a queen bed, another bedroom has a double bed and a seating area, and the last bedroom has 2 twin beds.

The bathroom has a claw foot tub with a shower head attached. The washer and dryer are upstairs in the hallway. This home is equipped with internet too!

Completing this level is a bedroom with a twin day bed and a twin trundle bed that easily pulls out for additional sleeping room. This bedroom has access to a ¾ bath.

Down the hall is a den with couch and chairs, TV with cable reception, and a fireplace. At the end of the hall are 2 bedrooms; one with a queen bed and the other with 2 twin beds.      Less than 1 mile from Mount Sunapee is an adorable cottage that is ready for fall foliage and the ski season. One floor living and a large front deck, a sandy beach less than 50 feet from the cottage, and minutes to the Mountain make this cottage perfect for a fall or winter getaway. The kitchen is equipped with an electric range, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator and plenty of cookware and place settings. The dining table seats 5-6. The open concept first floor allows for plenty of light.  The living room has a futon couch that opens to a queen bed, more comfortable seating, and a TV. There is a screened porch off of this room that, weather permitting, allows for additional sleeping in two twin beds. There is also a bedroom on this floor with a queen bed and its own TV.  Completing this level is a full bath containing the washer and dryer.The second level of the home has one bedroom with a double bed. There is a propane stove in the living/kitchen area that provides alternative heat during the winter months as the house is heated with oil.
