The inside dining area facing the lake seats 6 and the sun room area has a sofa that opens to a queen size bed and room to read or do puzzles.

There is a full bath on this level and a porch off the side of the home that allows access to the deck area and waterfront.

The upper level of the home has a landing at the top of the stairs. From this area there are 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has a TV, views of the lake and a full/double bed. The second bedroom also has a full/double bed, and the third bedroom has a queen size bed.

The living area stretches  across the front of the house and has a TV with DVD player and plenty of seating. The sliders to the deck area offer a place to sit out in the sun and enjoy the weather. Off of the dining area there is a bedroom with a full bed. Down the hall is the laundry area with washer and dryer. There is a  2nd bedroom with a full bed and the 3rd bedroom has a set of twin bunk beds.  This home has lots to offer and is set back from the lake so that you have your own yard and privacy.

     Less than 1 mile from Mount Sunapee is an adorable cottage that is ready for fall foliage and the ski season. One floor living and a large front deck, a sandy beach less than 50 feet from the cottage, and minutes to the Mountain make this cottage perfect for a fall or winter getaway. The kitchen is equipped with an electric range, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator and plenty of cookware and place settings. The dining table seats 5-6. The open concept first floor allows for plenty of light.  The living room has a futon couch that opens to a queen bed, more comfortable seating, and a TV. There is a screened porch off of this room that, weather permitting, allows for additional sleeping in two twin beds. There is also a bedroom on this floor with a queen bed and its own TV.  Completing this level is a full bath containing the washer and dryer.The second level of the home has one bedroom with a double bed. There is a propane stove in the living/kitchen area that provides alternative heat during the winter months as the house is heated with oil.

Enjoy vacationing on the shores of Lake Todd in this charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage.  The waterfront at this home provides a dock and a gradual entrance to the water.  The yard is level and grassy and provides a panoramic view of the lake.

This cottage boasts a large center fieldstone fireplace in the living room providing room on one side of this large room to watch TV or a place to curl up with a book on the opposite side. All along the front of the home is a large sunroom with a small table that seats four, a futon couch, sliders to the deck and the water front. The cottage is one floor living with a couple of steps up to the renovated kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is spacious, bright, and equipped with updated appliances. The long dining table seats up to 8 and is set against a wall of windows so you can take in the views while dining.

Down the hall off the living area is the master bedroom with a King size bed. There is a spacious bathroom down this hall that has a large, walk in shower with granite seats and 2 shower heads. The washer and dryer are located in this bathroom. Off of the kitchen area is another hall providing privacy for two more bedrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed and the third bedroom has a set of twin bunk beds. Completing this area is a full bath. 

The property has a garage across the street with plenty of room for additional parking and another grassy yard area. Use of the owner’s canoe is included with this cottage.

The living room has  plenty of comfortable seating, a fireplace, and satellite TV. Off the kitchen and living room is a large screened porch where you will want to have every meal while enjoying the views.

Off the living room are the bedrooms and one full bath. One bedroom has a queen size bed and faces the lake side of the house.The second bedroom has a double bed and is on the back side of the house. The third bedroom has 3 “ship’s bunks” taken from a decommissioned naval ship and an additional twin bed. The ship’s bunks are just a bit narrower and longer than a traditional twin bed and can easily sleep adults as well as children.

The cottage sets back from the lake and shares a large beach area and waterfront with just a few neighbors. With room to run and lots of sun, this cottage will most definitely be part of a memorable stay at Pleasant Lake.
