Less than 1 mile from Mount Sunapee is an adorable cottage that is ready for fall foliage and the ski season. One floor living and a large front deck, a sandy beach less than 50 feet from the cottage, and minutes to the Mountain make this cottage perfect for a fall or winter getaway. The kitchen is equipped with an electric range, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator and plenty of cookware and place settings. The dining table seats 5-6. The open concept first floor allows for plenty of light.  The living room has a futon couch that opens to a queen bed, more comfortable seating, and a TV. There is a screened porch off of this room that, weather permitting, allows for additional sleeping in two twin beds. There is also a bedroom on this floor with a queen bed and its own TV.  Completing this level is a full bath containing the washer and dryer.The second level of the home has one bedroom with a double bed. There is a propane stove in the living/kitchen area that provides alternative heat during the winter months as the house is heated with oil.

     Summer weeks at the lake or winter ski vacations; no matter what your preference is, this home is well suited for you and your guests. The kitchen has a large center island with a built in gas cook top, a butcher block top, and 6 bar stools for additional seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, and even a rice cooker!

The open concept kitchen/dining/living allows views to the lake and lots of light to pour in. The dining room table seats 8-10 comfortably. The living room area faces the lake and also has plenty of comfortable seating along with a pull out sofa bed and an additional table for games, puzzles, or arts and crafts. There is one bedroom on this level that has a queen bed and shares an entrance to a full bath that also contains the washer and dryer.

The second level of the home has  2 bedrooms facing the lake. Each of these rooms has a queen bed and its own door to the 2nd level balcony. Take your coffee and the paper and sit out and enjoy the views! Also on this level is a large center room that has 3 twin beds and a small ping pong table. There is also a den on this level that has a large flat screen TV and DVD player. Completing this level is another full bath.

The 3rd level of the home is a long, loft area with  2 twin beds and a queen air mattress. This area is filled with toys and games for the kids and has stairs leading up to it.

 The second floor features a master bedroom with a queen bed and bath with a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower stall.  The third bedroom has a set of bunk beds with a double futon mattress on the bottom and a twin bed on top and another twin bed for additional sleeping.  The unfinished basement level has a washer and dryer and a large area for playing. While this area is not finished, it provides room for people to play should the weather not be on your side during your stay.

Other amenities include an in ground pool, tennis, and garbage removal. North Peak Village is less than ¼ mile from the State beach on Lake Sunapee.

Enjoy vacationing on the shores of Lake Todd in this charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage.  The waterfront at this home provides a dock and a gradual entrance to the water.  The yard is level and grassy and provides a panoramic view of the lake.

This cottage boasts a large center fieldstone fireplace in the living room providing room on one side of this large room to watch TV or a place to curl up with a book on the opposite side. All along the front of the home is a large sunroom with a small table that seats four, a futon couch, sliders to the deck and the water front. The cottage is one floor living with a couple of steps up to the renovated kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is spacious, bright, and equipped with updated appliances. The long dining table seats up to 8 and is set against a wall of windows so you can take in the views while dining.

Down the hall off the living area is the master bedroom with a King size bed. There is a spacious bathroom down this hall that has a large, walk in shower with granite seats and 2 shower heads. The property has a garage across the street with plenty of room for additional parking and another grassy yard area. Use of the owner’s canoe is included with this cottage.
