    • This spacious, 3 level home has a welcoming living room on the main level with a pellet stove and sleep sofa. It’s cathedral ceilings and sliders to the deck allow the sun to shine in and highlight your view of Lake Sunapee. The open concept dining and kitchen areas have room to seat 8 at the table and much more. There is an additional set of sliders to the deck with patio furniture and a gas grill. Completing this level is a bedroom that has a twin bed with a twin trundle bed and a half bath.

    The upper level has a master bedroom with a queen bed, sitting area, and private bath. It also has an additional bedroom with 2 twin beds and another full bath.

    The lower level has a family room with ping pong table, comfortable seating, additional TV, and sliders to walk out to the front yard. There is also a 4th bedroom with 2 twin beds and a full bath on this level. Completing this level is a laundry room with washer and dryer for your convenience.

    Summer: $1500 per week
