This 4 bedroom home sits across from Pleasant Lake with its own, private waterfront and great views of the lake. Walk into an entryway with room to shed your gear . The open concept first floor allows the light to stream in and offers wonderful views of Pleasant Lake. The living room has a wood burning fireplace and plenty of comfortable seating. The eat-in kitchen has plenty of cabinet space and a dining room table that seats 6-8. There is a long room across the front of the house that has additional seating, a game table and more views of the lake.
There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor; one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. There is a bathroom with a shower and laundry on the first floor too.
The upper level of the home has a family room with a flat screen TV and DVD player. There is a bedroom off of this family room that has a king bed and french doors to a sitting/office area that has a queen pull out sofa bed.
The top level of the home has a bunk room with 4 twin beds and plenty of room for the kids to spread out.
The screened porch has a picnic table and chairs where you can sit out and enjoy the weather. There is a deck area off the porch with a gas grill and a table and chairs with a sun umbrella. The private waterfront across the way offers a flat, level sandy area where you can sit out take in the sun. There is a dock and a swim raft too!
